Launched Feb. 19 in Londonand New York, the HTC one successfully grabbed everyone’s attention as the world's most anticipated Android high-end smartphone. Sporting a 4.7-inch display with full-HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 1.7-gigahertz quad-core processor and a new "UltraPixel" camera that enables ultra-sharp photo shooting and video recording. Usually, the first question asked when a new phone is released usually has something to do with how it stacks against the competition. The hot-red Samsung Galaxy SIII, even has been around a while, it continues to be a great Android choice, thanks to its ultra-fast LTE data connection, fast performance, and over-sized screen. Now here is the question: will the forthcoming HTC One beat Samsung giant Galaxy S III? Alright, hope the below side by side specs comparison will give us some inspiration.

                        

Dimensions:

HTC One measures 137.4 x 68.2 x 9.3 mm and it weighs 143 grams, on the other hand, the Galaxy S3 is 136.6 mm tall, 70.6 mm wide and has a profile of 8.6mm, weighing 10 grams less than the HTC flagship.The HTC One is a hair taller, a smidge narrower, and a bit thicker than the Galaxy S III.

Display:

Even both feature a glass screen. The Samsung Galaxy S3's 4.8in 1,280 x 720 resolution (720p) panel, while sharp and a tenth of an inch larger, is no match for the HTC One's ultra-dense 4.7in 1,920 x 1,080 pixel (1080p) display.

Design:

In terms of design, the HTC One is a solid piece of aluminium, with beautifully machined edges and details. The Galaxy S3, by contrast, is made entirely of plastic, with rounded, tapered edges and chrome buttons.

Underneath the hood, the Galaxy S3 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5GHz dual-core CPU. The HTC One has it beat, though, thanks to its quad-core, next-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 CPU.

According to the official specs, HTC One supports 3GP, 3G2, MP4, WMV, AVI formats well, while Galaxy S3 recognizes videos on MPEG4, H.264. H.263, DivX formats. HTC One has a 2300 mAh embedded rechargeable Li-polymer battery compared to Galaxy S3's 2100 mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus with 4.3-inch display, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.1 announced

Samsung has announced the Galaxy S2 Plus smartphone, an incremental update to the previous-generation device - Samsung Galaxy S2, which is a device that’s almost two years old.

                             

As far as the exterior design of the phone is concerned, it looks pretty much like the Galaxy S2, although it’s the internals of the phone that got a revamp. So what can you look forward to in the Galaxy S2 Plus? Unfortunately at this time there is no word on pricing or availability, but if we had to venture a guess, and taking into consideration that the Galaxy S2 is relatively old, it would be safe to assume that the Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus will not be burning a hole in your wallet.The original Samsung Galaxy S2 was released in May 2011 and was succeeded by the Galaxy S3 the following year. The much-rumored Galaxy S4 is expected to launch later this year.

The launch of the Samsung Galaxy S3 in May this year was undoubtedly a huge success with amazing sales volume. iPhone 5 vs Samsung Galaxy S3, Choose the Appropriate One for You!

As soon as the Apple iPhone 5 was released people began to compare it with the Android giant-Samsung Galaxy S3. Frankly speaking, these two handsets are all superb and they each deserve their places on the market. Until now S3 remains one of the best-selling devices of 2012 and iPhone 5 also sets a sky-high sales record followed. These two best smartphones have gone head-to-head for an amazing battle which has had people stunned by how far technology has moved, but once again it’s up to you to decide which one suits you the best. Camera: Galaxy S3 has an 8-megapixel rear-facing shooter with zero shutter lag and 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera for video chat. The iPhone 5 camera is the same 8MP model as in the 4S, although it now has an improved low light mode. The front camera takes 720p videos. Samsung Galaxy S3 camera also has a burst mode, blink detection, smile detection, and blurring or contrast choices. But these features don’t outweigh the BSI sensor in the iPhone 5 that allows the phone to take great pictures in dim conditions though. The iPhone 5 wins.

Operating System: The Galaxy S3, is another Android handset released on Android 4.0 ICS and currently the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update is rolling out to various carriers worldwide. If you’re not a diehard Android enthusiast though, then your choice may be the iPhone 5 running the latest iOS 6, which comes with an updated App Store and improved iCloud support. Processor: As for processor, the Samsung Galaxy S III will get more nods with its 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 2GB of RAM (quad-core Exynos with 1GB RAM for the international version) – whereas, the iPhone 5 seems ill-equipped with its 1GHz dual-core Apple A6 processor with 1GB of RAM. However, when it comes to real world performance, the iPhone 5 exhibits the cleaner and more fluid performance with various operations. Well, the Galaxy S III still displays one responsive performance as well, but it doesn’t match the iPhone 5’s level of finesse.

Battery life: Apple claims that the iPhone 5 battery will give you around eight hours of talk and 10 hours of Wi-Fi usage. The Samsung Galaxy S3 larger battery promises around twice this – but real-life tests say otherwise.

Video Playback:Even though the two are able to play high-definition videos with no problems at all, it’s simply the huge display of the Samsung Galaxy S III that captivates us. Both Pack 4G LTE connectivity for the ride, so video enjoyment through online dreaming is excellent (take YouTube as an example). But if you stayed in places where lacks Wi-Fi, then problems occurs.
