Features speculation on Nokia 3080 and Nokia 3090 based on leaked information

Among the first full-touch screen S40 phones, there are only Nokia 3050 being available on the market, but the second phone models of this series seem to have entered the testing and reviewing stage. Recently, according to the latest news, Nokia 3080 and Nokia 3090 two new phones in the country have been approved, and a formal announcement is expected in the near future. Even now we know little about the two phones. But according to information leaked lately, its true identity is likely to be Nokia's S40 touch screen mobile phone.

The two leaked phones are Nokia 3080 and Nokia 3090, it is likely to be AshaTouch series S40 touch new phone, although we do not know too much functional changes of these two models, I believe there must be some upgrade on hardware specifications.

In addition, the biggest difference between the two models is that the Nokia 3090 supports Wi-Fi wireless Internet access, however Nokia 3080 does not have. This is same with the Nokia 3050 and Nokia 3060. And besides, it is rumored that it will be equipped with 1GHz processor

                                                       

Since I mentioned earlier that there may be some upgrade at part of the hardware, and based on the configuration of Nokia 3110, these two new phones are expected to achieve the same level of the Nokia 3110 on the processor. For example equips with the same 1GHz processor and has 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM, supporting memory card expansion. But on the wireless network function, it seems to have canceled the WCDMA / HSDPA high-speed network support, thus less functional than Nokia 3110

As for the other functions, the Nokia 3080 and Nokia 3090 are also expected to provide map navigation and have the function of accelerometer, close sensor and ambient light sensors. But if the built-in camera will be upgraded to the specifications of 3 megapixels is unknown.

As the main feature of Nokia 3080 and Nokia 3090, they naturally adopt Swipe operating model, and supports multi-touch function on the touch operation. As for the touch screen specifications, it should continue the previous level, which equips with 3.0 inches capacitive touch screen whose resolution is 240 × 400, and uses the Gorilla scratch-resistant glass.

                                                 

Meanwhile, in order to get a good experience on the phone’s touch operation, Both phones will not only provide three main screens and the similar Nokia N9 control interface, but also adopts Swipe operating model, supports the drop-down menu on the touch interface same as Andrews phone. The available features include View unread message or missed calls, change the profile of the mobile phone, music player, data connection, Bluetooth switch.

                                                         

Both Nokia 3080 and Nokia 3090 have 40 free EA games to play and will offer Nokia Maps pre-loaded with the Nokia browser, but to make some difference between the two phones, the Nokia 3080 will provide dual-card function and cancel Wi-Fi wireless Internet access. While the Nokia 3090 will copy  Nokia 3060 to provide better wireless connectivity, support for Wi-Fi wireless Internet access and streaming video playback, but it will cancel the dual-card feature, which reflects the difference between the two.

                                                         

Of course, the features and functions of these two Nokia new phones are all our speculation based on the previous information, the true models will show up on the final release day, people who are interested in these two models can wait and see.
